The tools to create great marketing have never been more accessible. But having the tools and knowing what to do with them are two very different things.
AI can produce the content. It takes human insight to understand the customer, recognise what the data is telling us and turn an observation into an idea worth paying attention to.
That's what we bring to the table. The creative thinking, strategy and people who know how to turn good ideas into business growth.

Anyone can put budget behind an ad. The hard part is having something worth putting it behind.
A feeling. An identity. A solution to a problem they care about.
Great creative understands the reason someone buys, not just what they're buying. That's where we start. With the customer, the psychology behind their decisions and the ideas that make a brand worth choosing.
You've got traffic, campaigns are running and your marketing budget keeps growing. But is your business actually becoming more profitable?
Maybe the creative has stopped working. Maybe acquisition costs are climbing, customers aren't coming back, or your next promotion is doing more for revenue than margin.
The problem isn't always obvious in an ads dashboard. That's why we look beyond it.
You've found a handful of ads that work, but every time you try something new, it falls flat. So you keep spending on the same creative until performance starts slipping.
You don't necessarily need more ads. You need better ideas, a clear testing strategy and a way to build on what's already working.
Meta is reporting great results, but once you account for ad spend, product costs, shipping and discounts, how much are you actually making?
If you don't know what a new customer costs to acquire, you can't confidently decide how much to spend to get the next one.
You're spending more, generating more orders and hitting bigger revenue months. But the money left over isn't keeping up.
Scaling isn't just about increasing your ad budget. It's about knowing when to spend more, when to pull back and how to grow without sacrificing profitability.
You've spent thousands bringing people to your website, collecting subscribers and building your customer database.
But you're only sending one email campaign a fortnight?
Your email list is one of the few marketing channels you actually own. If you're not consistently nurturing those customers, driving repeat purchases and improving your automated flows, you're leaving revenue on the table.
You've started relying on bigger discounts to hit your revenue targets. Margins are shrinking, and your customers are learning to wait for the next promotion.
But constantly discounting isn't a sustainable growth strategy.
Start by looking at which products sell without an incentive, where your margins are strongest and how you can create more value without simply lowering the price.
You're chasing freelancers, reviewing creative, approving campaigns and making every marketing decision yourself.
You've got people doing the work, but nobody connecting the dots.
You don't need another person to manage. You need a marketing partner who understands the bigger picture, takes ownership and gives you room to focus on running your business.
“If you're reading this to decide on whether to work with Amber Social, don't hesitate. There are few people you meet in your life as a business owner that treat your business as their own and Amber is one of those people. Beyond the expertise in the obvious fields her commitment to treating the business as a whole and working on it this way is what takes her service to another level.”
We're now Further. This review appears under our former name, Amber Social.
“I worked with Amber during an aggressive start up phase of business. I needed a marketing partner, not another agency, and I spoke with 20+ businesses across Aus before I settled. With Amber and her teams support, we scaled aggressively but also sustainably. The team acted as a key partner, leading marketing from a creative, strategic and financial angle. Her team was monitoring my financials and making recommendations based on sustainability, not just spending more on ads.”

I've spent my career working with brands, building campaigns, analysing numbers and figuring out what actually makes people buy.
One thing I've learnt is that great marketing rarely comes from following the same playbook as everyone else.
It comes from asking better questions, understanding the customer and being willing to challenge what's already being done.
That's why I built Further.
I wanted to create the kind of marketing partner I'd want inside my own business. A team that thinks beyond the task list, cares about the commercial outcome and brings genuinely good ideas to the table.
We have the tools, the people and the experience to execute. But the thinking behind the work will always be what matters most.
Not another agency sending reports and waiting for instructions.
A team of strategists, creatives and performance marketers who understand your brand, know your numbers and work together to move the business forward.
From deciding what to create and where to invest, to producing the work, launching campaigns and understanding the results.
One connected team. Better decisions. Less for you to manage.
Strategy means very little without execution. Here's a look at the creative, campaigns and thinking behind the brands we've worked with.
Ads that carried real spend, across the life of the company.
Fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
Across 11 reviews.
On any retainer, whatever the spend.
On growth retainers and the creative sprint.

We study what's working, understand why it's working and use those insights to decide what comes next.
An illustrative shape of ad fatigue, not a client result or a fixed performance timeline.
Some ideas deserve to be expanded. Others need to be challenged. And sometimes the best opportunity is something your competitors haven't thought to test.
We don't believe in changing things just to look busy.
We start by understanding the business, finding what's holding growth back and building a strategy around the opportunities that matter.
Then we create, execute, measure and improve.
Every decision should have a purpose, and every result should inform what happens next.

The things you'd otherwise have to book a call to find out. We'd rather you knew them now and only called if it still made sense.
Our pricing depends on the support your business needs, whether that's a one-off creative project, email marketing or an ongoing growth partnership.
We're transparent about what's included, and we'll always recommend a scope that makes commercial sense for your business.
Timing depends on the scope, the state of the account and how much data is available. We'll agree the first priorities and delivery timing with you before work starts. Performance needs enough data to judge, rather than a fixed deadline.
Growth retainers are month to month, and the creative sprint has no lock-in. Every asset we've made is yours in perpetuity, with a full commercial licence, even if you go. We'd rather earn the next month than hold you to a contract.
As a rule we don't take on brands under $1 million a year. Below that the constraint is almost never the ad account, and we'll tell you that on the first call rather than bill you to find it out.
No generic sales pitch. No recycled strategy deck.
Just an honest conversation about your business, what's working, what's not and where we see the biggest opportunities.
If we're the right team to help, we'll tell you how. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
Fashion, beauty, lifestyle and baby, past $1M in revenue.
