TikTok is an add-on here rather than a headline service, and the reason is worth saying plainly: for most brands at most stages, Meta and Google are where the return is. Where TikTok earns its place, it earns it on creative made for the surface, not on a Meta ad reposted with a different aspect ratio.

The same floor applies here. A brand that can't feed this cadence is better off putting the budget back into the surface that already works.
A polished Meta static dies on TikTok and a TikTok edit often underperforms on Meta. The pacing is different, the first second is doing a different job, and the thing the viewer is being asked to accept is different. Brands who run one set of files across both usually conclude TikTok doesn't work for them.
The same shoot day feeds both. We film with you in Richmond and cut for each surface separately, which is the only version of this that holds up: you get work built for TikTok without paying for a second production.
If an audience is done with an ad in days on Meta, TikTok is faster. The seventy thirty split and the weekly floor apply here the same way, and a brand that can't feed that cadence is usually better off putting the budget back into Meta.
If Meta isn't working yet, TikTok won't fix it, and adding a surface while the first one is underfed makes both worse. The brands this suits are the ones already running a proper creative cadence who have a product that reads well in motion. If that isn't you yet, we'll say so rather than sell you the add-on.
